Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Juneaice Nichole Downing is the daughter of Mary H. Scott and Reginald Cobbins. She was raised in Walkertown, North Carolina, where her foundation was shaped by the love, guidance, and strength of her mother, Mary Scott, and her stepfather (DAD), Jimmy Scott alongside her late grandparents Billy and Mary Hairston. Lady Nichole received Christ as Lord and Savior at Oak Grove Baptist Church, In Walkertown, NC and was under the Leadership Rev. I.L. Anothony until adulthood.

 

Nichole is a proud graduate of Carver High School, Class of 2001, and later earned her North Carolina Early Childhood Education credential from Davidson County Community College. With over 20 years of experience in childcare, she has dedicated her life to nurturing, guiding, and supporting children and families.

 

During a season of significant personal challenges between 2014 and 2015, Nichole grew closer to Christ, deepening her faith and witnessing firsthand how God works in the most awesome and transformative ways. This period became a defining moment that strengthened her walk and shaped her purpose in ministry, attending Fresh Fire Worship Center under the leadership of Bishop Phillip McCloud, she was baptized again with more knowledge and believing and knowing the power of the Holy Spirit. (2015-2020)

 

In her continued growth, Nichole took the initiative to become a participant in the Be You Connect Mentorship Program, led by Apostle Gloria Samuels (2020). Through this mentorship, Nichole discovered and embraced the power of her voice, gaining confidence in her calling and the impact God has placed within her and being one of the first to graduate the mentorship program in 2021. Which led her to become the admin of The Real Gloria Worldwide and later a member and admin of Great Commission Community Church. 

 

In addition to her work in education, Nichole has faithfully served in ministry for over 10 years as an administrative assistant, where her gifts in organization, leadership, and excellence have supported ministry growth and effectiveness. In 2024, she became the owner of TenOH2, marking another milestone in her journey as a leader and entrepreneur.

 

Nichole has been married to Pastor Curtis Downing since October 2, 2015. She is a devoted bonus mother to two beautiful daughters and a proud bonus grandmother to handsome twin boys.

 

Nichole believes her God-given purpose is to minister through administration, build strong and effective teams, and work collaboratively within the community to bring hope and love, helping others see the light of Jesus in all of us. Now being the First Lady of Deliverance Point she plans to use her purpose, skills and talents as God sees fits. Pouring into the community and sharing the word and power of Jesus Christ.
